Data Protection ActThis information is being collected so that we put your daughter/son in the right class for her/his age group and so that we can track her/his attendance and progress. It also helps us to keep your daughter/son safe – so that we can contact you if they are ill or hurt, for example. We will not contact your daughter/son’s mainstream school without your permission in writing.

1. I certify that the above information is accurate and correct to the best of my knowledge.
2. I agree to pay the School Fees on or before the due dates of payments.
3. I understand that the school has the right to withhold the enrolment fee £50 paid should the child not attend school.
4. I understand that when the student leaves the school for any reason, there will be no refund issued for school fees and I am obliged to pay any remaining fees.
5. I understand that the school has the right to suspend my child breaking its code of conduct.
6. I have read and understood the Schools Agreement and I agree to it
